The new employee training
Selection of HENGWEI is molded into HENGWEI, each new employees into the company are required to participate in Vocational training. Induction training including public knowledge training and professional knowledge and skills training in two stages. HENGWEI electronic class project
Company and the Dongtou County Vocational Education Center long-term cooperation set up" HENGWEI electronic class", according to the company technical staff needs and tailor-made courses. Has successfully held the 2 period, accumulative total sends nearly a hundred students. HENGWEI electronic class culture has become the basic level in the technical personnel of cadre of the Whampoa military academy.
